Shalimar
Val and Jeff treated me to their favorite Indian cuisine last night, and I liked everything about it. Apparently it’s a pretty well-respected restaurant, and unique too.
“At Shalimar, we are all like a big extended family, so we expect our guests to be forgiving with a “pinch of salt”, in our shortcomings and generous with a “season to taste” in praise, where due!”

Pizza Mosh Breakfast!
This weekend we saw Wall-E (great) and The Dark Knight (greatest), but the real treat was Saturday’s din:
Mache salad! It really is the hot new salad green. Featuring mushrooms, avocado, red onion and my signature pomegranate vinaigrette.
Completely homemade pizza! Featuring tomatoes and basil from EK’s garden, and her signature thin crust. Super fresh.
Berry frozen yogurt pie! Her creation; so good.
Then breakfast on Sunday was pretty epic.
